The objective of CallThai.NET is to provide various kind of prepaid phone cards and give you a good service experience. To insure a safe, inoffensive environment for all of our customers, we have established this Terms of Service. It spells out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By using www.callthai.net, you agree to be bounce by the terms set forth below.

Order Information
After you place an order, your credit card will be processed in real- time. The whole transaction is usually accomplished in less than 5 seconds.

For first-time customer
For the security reason, we will need to review your information before sending you PIN via email. We may call you to complete the order.

For return customer
Once your credit card is approved, PIN will be shown and sent to your email immediately. In most cases, you will receive the email in 1-3 minutes. You will also have an authorization to view PIN and dialing instruction immediately on the web.

CallThai.NET reserves the right to stop or postpone sending PIN for any transaction that we suspect.

Technical Problem / Rates / Connection / Network
CallThai.NET will do our best to provide various phone cards so that you, as a customer, will have more options and be able to pick the card that best fits your need.

It is important for you to understand that each phone card comes from different network company, and we are not the one who issues these phone card. We, as a phone card seller, have no control and responsibility over the technical problem of each card. Terms and Conditions applied to all prepaid phone card stated by network company is shown below.

Terms and Conditions

o	Prepaid phone card is non-transferable, exchangeable or refundable.
o	The purchased rates stated are subject to change without prior notice and any disputes pertaining to these rates shall not be entertained.
o	Company reserves the right to add, amend or delete terms or conditions without prior notice.

If the customers do not satisfy within our products or services, please contact Customer Service Department of each card. However, if the problem occurs from CallThai.NET such as dissatisfaction delay or double charge and you want to cancel the order (before we send you a PIN number ), you will get 100% refund . Please allow 72 hours for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks. The card will be expired within 3 months from date of first use or on the expiration date printed on the card, whichever occurs first. No refund or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired cards or unauthorized use.

You can also report the problem to us, we will do as best as we can to communicate with the network company and solve the problem for you. Customer service phone number for each card will be provided with PIN after the purchase.

Return Policy
Once PIN is given to you, CallThai.NET reserves the right to refuse return or refund. To get a 100% refund, you will need to cancel your order before we send you PIN. In case of a double charge, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can check and void the over charge.
