Why can't I receive PIN by email?
Please relax. Sometimes, PIN code sent by our automated email was put to your "junk folder" in hotmail account or "bulk folder" in yahoo account.
In order to receive our automated email in your "Inbox" folder again, could you please add support@callthai.net in your contact list.
Also, you do not have to wait for the email to get the PIN code.You can logon to our website www.callthai.net using your registered email and password.
At the top of the screen, type in your email and password that you registered with us.
Enter the site, and you will see "Member Panel" on the top of the screen.
Click  (View PIN history) to check your order.
Click each order number to see your PIN code.
You can also see your order history, edit your profile, or redeem your free gifts.
Waiting for Verify PIN: I'm a new Customer, Why can't I get PIN immediately?
Please do not worry! For first-time customer, CallThai.NET may call you to verify that you are the person who authorize the purchase before we send you the PIN code.
This is done for the security of credit card's owner in order to protect fruadulent transaction on the internet. We do this for the security purpose only.
For the next time you purchase, you will see your PIN code immediatley on the web.
